With the help of Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) manipulator (Eppendorf, Germany), a skilled embryologist can inject a sperm in the egg. At Garbba Rakshambigai Fertility Centre, our skilled embryologist finds the size of an egg to be approximately one-tenth of a millimeter and the size of a sperm to be one-hundredth of the size of the egg, using the various instruments.
Incubator is where the embryo is stored after fertilization and developed in it’s optimally controlled internal environment, till it is ready to be placed in the uterus. Currently we have the best incubators which includes a carbondioxide incubator (Hera Cell, Germany) and a triple gas incubator (K systems).
